1. Inspection on Delivery

All products must be inspected in front of the delivery person upon receipt.

If any product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must inform the delivery person immediately and return the product on the spot.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Payment should only be made after receiving and inspecting the product.

If there is any issue, the delivery person will assist you with the return process.
3. Eligible Returns
You can return products if:

The product is damaged or defective.

The wrong item is delivered.
Note: Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.

Products that do not match the reason for return stated above.
5. Refund Process

Refunds for COD orders will be made through bank transfer or alternative method agreed with the customer.
