This Privacy Policy explains how Banglar Shera ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information when you use our website (banglarshera.com) and our mobile application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Banglar Shera is an online shop selling home decor items such as bamboo lamps, mirrors, artificial plants, flowers and wall decor.

- Delivery address
- Password for your account (stored in encrypted form)
- Order details, such as the products you buy, quantities and order notes

Information collected automatically:
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version and app version
- IP address and general location based on IP address
- App usage information, such as pages or products viewed, items added to cart or wishlist, and search terms
- Crash and error logs that help us fix problems
- A push notification token, if you allow notifications
Payment information:
If you pay online, your payment is handled by the payment provider you choose (for example a mobile banking service, card gateway or bank). We do not store your full card number, PIN or mobile banking password. We only receive the payment status and a transaction reference so we can confirm your order.
We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or files from your device unless a feature in the app clearly asks for permission first.

9. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You can request deletion of your account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
To request deletion:
- Send an email to info@banglarshera.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Include your registered name and phone number so we can find your account.
What happens next:
- We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.
- Your name, contact details, saved addresses, wishlist and other account data will be deleted or made anonymous.
- Some records, such as order and payment records, may be kept for the period required by law, for tax, accounting or fraud prevention reasons. These are kept securely and are not used for any other purpose.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Service is not meant for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us at info@banglarshera.com and we will delete it.
